This program aims at obtaining applications from the following categories:

  1. Category 1: Ontario Express Entry- this includes human capital priority stream and French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
  2. Category 2: General Category (also known as employer category) – this includes Foreign Workers with a Job Offer Stream
  3. Category 3: International Student Category- this includes international students with a job offer stream, with Masters Graduate Stream and Ph.D. Graduate Stream
  4.  Category 4: business category which includes Entrepreneur Stream, Corporate Stream, and Investors stream.
